Dear Customer,
We hope that everyone is safe and healthy during this stressful and dynamic period that has gripped the nation
and the world. While trying to keep our team’s spirit high and business operating smoothly,
we are continually monitoring both the domestic situation and the global impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19)
through both the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
Ultimately, the decisions we make will be informed and done with great consideration.
In our role and responsibility to provide continuity in product and service to our customers,
protect our team’s well-being and safety, and do our part to prevent further infections to the community,
we have reviewed our internal policies to ensure that we have exceeded the guidelines set forth by the CDC
and have implemented protocols that are in sync with the rest of the industry.
Our Team
-We have implemented more frequent sanitization in and around our facility.
-We have reminded and enforced that team members remain home when feeling unwell.
-We have reduced the number of in-person meetings, canceled large group gatherings and restricted any non-critical visitors on-site.
-We have continued cross-training team members to allow for more fluidity in roles and minimizing downtime and disruption in the workflow.
Our Suppliers
-We are working closely and diligently with our suppliers to obtain up-to-date information on their ability to provide products and their estimated lead times for production.
-We are analyzing our inventory and widening our purchase plans based on historical data and based on our customer’s future needs, and fluidity of the situation.
-We are reviewing the ports, marine container services and domestic logistics for possible disruptions and delays.
We encourage you to work closely with your account manager to ensure that your product projections
are included in our purchase plan. We are grateful to continue to service you with the products
